So I used website to get more information, didn't get anything but an email to call Joe for info. So I called Joe the admissions guy and never there, left a 8 messages on his phone for two weeks, not one call back.

Finally called someone else and got Tony Lima to come talk to me. Ok guy till it came to the $25 app fee.

Said I just wanted info to compare against local schools and he got pissed I wouldn't pay and finished the meeting and left without giving me more info I was looking for. Unprofessional scammers.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Stop forcing people to pay application fee just to meet with an admissions rep.

New England Tractor Trailer Training School Cons: Customer service, Application fee practises.

Location: Fall River, Massachusetts

Now they are using their same slimy tactics to lure in the HVAC students. So, how did they go about doing that?

Simple.

Take the guy, Joe Lima, (that was the first person to teach magicians how to use smoke and mirrors for their benefit of manipulation and deception) and have him run that program. PERFECT!!!!

Every accredited school has app fee. The app fee is actually $100.

If he asked for $25 he was giving you a break.

Plus, if you got to the point of discussing the app fee, he already went through the training at NETTTS. What information did you want that he didn't give you?
